History

Daniel Flores, LMT completed 800 hours of BCMT's accelerated program. He then went on to completed advanced training in Nate Butryn's Ortho-muscular approach to the cervical spine, shoulder girdle, core, and pelvis. After assessing posture and analyzing muscle tension patterns, he uses Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and METs (muscle energy techniques) to soften tight muscles and energize strained muscles. These techniques aid the body in finding appropriate posture and can ultimately aid in alleviating chronic pain patterns. Daniel incorporates Integrative Massage techniques to smooth out deep tissue work, giving his sessions and deeply relaxing and unwinding feel. Daniel will work with you to create a customized treatment plan to help you attain your goals.
