Hospice of Montezuma

Established in 1985, Hospice of Montezuma is a licensed, nonprofit organization that serves the people of the Four Corners area of Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah. It offers personal care services in assisted living facilities, nursing homes and hospitals through trained physicians, nurses, counselors, therapists, social workers and volunteers. Located in Cortez, Colo., the organization provides assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, shaving and feeding. It also offers homemaking services, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation and shopping assistance. Hospice of Montezuma additionally conducts various social and recreational events, such as charity auctions and golf tournaments.
