Service was friendly. Loved the soft texture of the "snow". My flavor choices were very mild and could have been more sweet (lychee, guava, passion fruit) maybe I'll try different syrups next...

Shaved ice is yummy. Service is really slow. We were the only people here and it took 10 minutes to get our three $27 icees. It's also in a parking lot so ambiance could be better.

The last time I was here they skimped on the syrup. My shaved ice only had flavor on the top and the ice was white on the bottom.

When we finally got our shaped ice it was half melted and when you ask for a snowcap you expect more than two lines of condensed milk
