We are the only comprehensive Japanese restaurant in Montrose ranging from sushi & sashimi; hibachi express (grilled back in the kitchen); tempura; teriyaki; some noodles like yakisoba, tempura udon soup and ramen noodle soup; fancy appetizers like edamame, spicy edamame, gyoza (dumpling), agashi tofu. jalapeno tempura and soft shell crab; tempting desserts like mochi ice cream, tempura banana and tempura cheesecake; and sake & SAKE BOMB! We run the business seriously and customer satisfaction is always our priority. Everybody loves our food especially the sushi. Our customers are not only from Montrose, but all over the satellite towns--from the North, all the way from Paonia, Hotchkiss, Cedaredge, Delta and Olathe; from the South, all the way from Tellulide, Norwood, Ouray and Ridgway; from the East, all the way from Gunnison and Blue Mesa; and from the West, are the people from all over the mountain. we also have some traveling customers who visit Montrose for some reasons.
