HistoryIn her own life, growing up a child of divorce and conflict (please see www.healthychildrenofidvorce.com), Shannon realized after her own failed relationships that she was the common denominator. It was 13 years ago after a failed engagement that she realized through her own deep work, that she had to fully love herself. She has made this journey and guides others in this same journey through her Meditation CDs and her life coaching. She also works with families of divorce and conflict to assist parents in being the best parents for their children after divorce. And to realize that if as parents they heal themselves and find self-love they will be the best partner and parent possible.SpecialtiesWe partner with individuals and couples via phone/skype or in person to create love and joy in life. We have found that self-love is the key to all relationships in life. Our mission is to work with others to create their most amazing life through setting goals and developing deep self-love. Trained as a Life Coach and Therapist, Shannon has 15 years of experience in this field and is currently writing a book on self-love. She has produced two guided meditation CDs: The Healing Journey Within: Meditations for Abundance and Love - Deserving and Manifesting.
