After working as an RN for 10 years, I decided to return to school for massage training. I started Healing Balance Bodywork in 2016 with a vision to support my clients, including other healthcare workers and caregivers, in their personal journies towards greater health.

Healing Balance focuses on corrective and therapeutic massage. My goal is to be a facilitator for you in your health journey - whether your goal is to improve your stress management, relieve pain, or improve function. As an RN of 10 years, I have an understanding of stress and love to help caregivers take some time for self-care.
