History
Linn Havelick operated an Environmental Health & Safety consulting business for over a decade starting in 1986. Linn then worked at the Colorado School of Mines as their EHS Director and Environmental Projects Director. At the start of 2014, he retired from Mines and restarted his business as Havelick & Associates LLC. With the phenomenal growth in the newly legalized marijuana industry, much of the current business has been focused on medical and retail marijuana technology.

Havelick & Associates provides environmental health and safety consulting (industrial hygiene) services. As a part of our health & safety consulting practice we provide a two-day course for Cannabis Extraction Technicians. The course is taught by a Certified Industrial Hygienist with extensive experience in process chemistry, research and development, laboratory safety, and hazardous waste cleanup and management. It is aimed at giving technicians a process chemistry and industrial safety understanding of this business that is now legal in many USA states.
