Harris Elementary School

Harris Bilingual Immersion School, based in Fort Collins, Colo., serves more than 300 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school s support staff includes a guidance counselor, custodian, librarian, resource officer, literacy coach and a media specialist. Harris Bilingual Immersion School offers access to an array of research sites and search engines that serve as additional resources for students. The school focuses on integrating the cultural activities into its academic programs for the students. The school s curriculum includes math, science, social studies, art, reading, creative writing, spelling and vocabulary, life skills and physical education. Harris Bilingual Immersion School is a part of the Poudre School District.
