Lower and Slower is Hank's Texas Barbecue's moto. Slowly smoking the best quality meat over post oak so it melts right in your mouth. Hank's strives to use the finest ingredients for amazing Traditional Texas BBQ and some not so traditional sides and desserts. Hank's is a walk up, first come first served restaurant that also serves cold beer and craft cocktails from the bar. We have a spacious dining room and amazing patio. We are conveniently located on East Colfax in Denver with plenty of free parking. At this time, we do not accept reservations and all take out orders must be placed in person. Hank's opens at 11am Wednesday through Sunday and closes when we sell out of our delicious bbq. So get here early and enjoy the BBQ.
