Dr. Kemmis was born and raised in South Dakota. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of South Dakota and then continued his education at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine, where he received his medical degree. From a young age, Dr. Kemmis took interest in the practice of medicine. He found his passion in Radiation Oncology and loves the opportunity to care for cancer patients by offering advanced and rapidly progressive treatments. Dr. Kemmis' philosophy of care is, "I enjoy engaging patient in all treatment options available for their specific disease. I am here to educate and assist patients in making the best decision for their specific needs."
