The newly managed and re-designed Basalt Fitness has been shaping Basalt since the 80's. We are hardly the new kids on the block! Basalt Fitness is your local fitness club! We bring the fun back into exercise- in the midvalley's friendliest and most helpful environment. We recently changed ownership and have a new outlook on how to help our community achieve success! Our wide array of classes features over 30 free classes a week with your membership, including a full array of cardio, free weights and Cybex weight machines for your personal fitness programs. Ever need some extra motivation to get to the gym and get that fitness fire burning? Group Exercise is your answer. Get your heart pumping and your muscles moving with indoor cycling, boot camp, cardio and strength, Pilates, yoga, tai chi, and Salsa dancing - to name a few. Our instructors will work at your pace to bring you up to speed, build your endurance, and help you reach your peak physical condition. We can provide instruction and guidance on the equipment to help you get the most from your workout any time you're here. We also offer one-on-one training with personal trainers, as well as group programs. Basalt Fitness is about supporting our community and coming together as a fitness family.
