History

I grew up around some of the best chefs in my country. Two of my aunts own a bakery and catering company in Indonesia. When I was a young girl, I found security, comfort, and courage through the preparation of food. Both my Aunt and my Grandmother are the best chefs I have ever known. I remember sitting in the kitchen with my grandmother, listening and watching her cook. My aunt used to visit and stay with us when she took baking courses. I always loved waiting in front of our house to find out all about what she learned that day in culinary school. I was always so excited to recreate the recipes with her. The time I spent in the kitchen with these two wonderful and supportive women are my most invaluable childhood memories. I want to show you my talent and passion for cooking.
