If I could put 0 stars I would. I had a man cut my hair. I asked for a trim and light face framing. He chopped off 3 inches of my hair, and I now have bangs that are so short, and chopped so far...

Never trust the online check in. It's not accurate. Have wasted way too much time here. Always seems under staffed.
