The stylists here are all really grumpy and rude... and the wait is an hour when they say it will be 30 min... why?! They're always hiring when I come here... why can't they keep staff?

Consistently bad hair cuts. The stylists are only capable of buzzing you with a shaver. They have low prices, but the cost of a bad hair cut is high.
