Mike Stephen's is the chief instructor at GVK. He has well rounded training experience in a disciplined system, this is "the place" to take you kids for sure! For that matter anyone would benefit....

It really doesn't get any better than Grand Valley Kenpo. Our son has been attending for over a year and we have seen his self esteem, confidence, and self reliance grow along with his karate...

Great place. Practical self defense from instructors that walk the walk. Great environment for families kid's or those that like real life self defense. Not a kid belt factory or a boutique...
