This Western Colorado KOA campground is centrally located between the high desert and hiking trails of the Colorado National Monument and the tree-shaded lakes of the Grand Mesa, featuring fishing, ATV and hiking trails, and moose, elk and deer hunting. Nearby, mountain bike trails in all directions offer terrain very similar to Moab without the crowds. The Colorado River offers rafting from "mild", 2-hour trips to "WILD" full-day trips; you can even catch a horseback ride! Bring your rod and reel, because great trout fishing is just a short drive away from the campground.

We reserved a premium site and we got dead grass, even with a sprinkler system...Loud PA talking and noises from the adjacent rodeo at the fairground behind our fence. Loud traffic noise......

Great place very organized, clean nice spots with clean hookups. Very nice pool and lots of things for kids to do.

We were greeted with enthusiasm and smiles. The facilities are clean and well kept sites are spacious enough for a big rig and a tow. Clean and quiet. We will definitely be back.

Great place for an overnighter, wish we would of come earlier to relax. Cleanest bathrooms of any Kia we have stayed at. Easy 5 stars
