Grand Junction Imagination Library
Grand Junction Imagination Library, now supported by United Way of Mesa County, provides the gift of books to children under the age of five in Mesa County. Since its inception in 2008, the program has delivered over 280,000 age-appropriate books to local children, fostering early literacy and a love of reading.
The mission of Imagination Library is to ensure every young child in the community has access to books in their homes, with a new book sent monthly at no cost to families. Through this initiative, Imagination Library aims to equip children with essential early literacy skills that will prepare them for school and nurture a lifelong passion for reading and learning.
