The Grand Bistro is Grand Z Casino Hotel's fine dining restaurant. Guests enjoy a variety of Chef-inspired menu items in a cozy, romantic atmosphere. Open exclusively for dinner, featuring delicious appetizers (the crab cakes are superb), fresh salads and soups, an array of steaks, chops and seafood, and, of course, tempting desserts. The wine list is superior, you can view the selections in the atmospheric-controlled, wine room. A trip to Black Hawk and Central City is not complete until you have dined at the Grand Bistro. Open Thursday through Sundays beginning at 5pm, reservations highly recommended. Please plan on a leisurely meal, the menu is prepared to your order and special requests.
