Sant Ambroeus Aspen Restaurant

Combining the warmth of an Alpine chalet with the modern aesthetic of Milan, our Aspen compound takes inspiration from the city itself, providing protection, sustenance, and conviviality. Designed by Giampiero Tagliaferri Studio, the Restaurant is located in one of downtown's most historic buildings, dating back to 1889. Inside, sophisticated ease rules: elements native to the environment juxtapose several vintage Italian pieces, and plush banquets and chairs flank a central fireplace that gives a nod to the brick and stucco building's original era. Culinary Director lacopo Falai focused his menu on elegant Milanese style cuisine as influenced by and built from the bounty of surrounding fresh Rocky Mountain rivers and farms.
