History

After many years as a design engineer and now a practicing Professional Engineer I have been involved with a variety of remodeling and construction projects. I gained a broad understanding of residential construction, structural assessment and the history of changing standards and methods. I hope to put this knowledge and experience to work for you.

Residential Real Estate Inspections, Commercial, Foundation, Structural. I am a Certified Professional Inspector and a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Colorado. I am also a designated HUD FHA 203(K) consultant and certified for residential radon measurement.
