A Vacation Tradition for Generations! Glacier Lodge provides nightly accommodations along with many of the amenities of a true Colorado dude ranch, with out charging the high prices typical of such horse-centered resorts. It is a good alternative, and a bargain, if your interest in horses is occasional rather than constant. At Glacier Lodge, you pay for riding by the hour, and you buy or cook your own meals. Unlike dude ranch deals, where horse, housing and grub, three times a day, come pre package in a very expensive bundle. Our location at 7,800 feet of elevation provides cool evenings that invite you to use your fireplace, but the sunny days of summer are hot enough to make the swimming pool inviting.
