G'Ducks opened in August of 2004 in the location formerly occupied by Cactus Kelly's, the first bar to open in the Mission Viejo/Meadow Wood area. Kelley's had been closed about a year and a half when George and Dee Settelmeyer came along. Having been involved in the bar business before, they wanted to open a new neighborhood bar where everyone would feel comfortable. The space was completely gutted and remodeled. The bartender Greg was great super nice came and introduced himself to us at the table and kept checking on us and remembering our names we love dive bars and this one is one of our favorites!
I don't go here very often, but when I do - Vickie is amazing and takes good care of me.. Much love to this place - Recommend this for a drink or two..
Cheap drinks, great service and it is almost always entertaining! Lots of regulars and everyone makes you feel right at home :)
