My initial customer service was excellent. The furniture I ordered is just what I wanted. I did have difficulty getting return calls when I wanted to check on my order.

This chain will take a measly 5 percent of an item and then call it on sale...good lord if you can't take at least 10-30 percent off then keep your 150 dollar, assembly required bar stool..
