Welcome to Fuji Cafe and Bar! Proudly serving Boulder since 2015, we're a brand new Asian fusion restaurant offering a unique combination of Japanese cuisine and Sherpa street food. Fuji Cafe and Bar is Boulder's premiere source for fresh, fast, and affordable Japanese and Sherpa food! Inspired by the founders' passion for the native cuisine of their two homelands, we have combined these delicious culinary traditions. Come in for a hot cup of Sherpa Chai in the morning, some rice balls at lunch, or a curry to go for dinner. Whatever you're craving, you'll find it at Boulder's new Fuji Cafe and Bar! All Fuji Cafe and Bar dishes are made-to-order from authentic recipes using only high-quality, heart-healthy, and low-fat ingredients.
