Sangre de Cristo Community Care is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life and to maintain the integrity of individuals and their families in need of supportive or end-of-life services by offering symptom management, support, comfort, and compassion.

Since 2005, the team at Fremont Regional Hospice has helped hundreds of patients and their families face the physical, emotional and spiritual demands of life- limiting illness. We know care-giving can be a balancing act, but with these tools and the support from a company that cares, you can enhance your loved one's care and your time together. Our staff has a passion for hospice care and treats all of our patients with the utmost respect and care. Our hospice is governed by a Board of Directors, all of whom are established leaders within our community.
