He then earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (formerly the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine) in Independence, Ohio.Afterward, he completed his podiatry residency at Southwest General Health Center in Middleburg Heights, Ohio. He is affiliated with Parker Adventist Hospital and Crown Point Surgery Center, both in Parker, Colorado.At Front Range Foot and Ankle Clinic, Dr. Mallett provides a wide range of treatments for bunions, ankle sprains, toenail fungus, plantar fasciitis, ingrown toenails, and foot pain.
