Niwot's Neighborhood Brewery! Bootstrap Brewing is a production brewery with a tasting room. We don't serve food however there are many wonderful restaurants in Niwot and several will deliver to our tasting room. Chef Justin does sell small plates on Saturdays at 4 during live music performances.
