Foundation Phys Therapy

History

Foundation Physical Therapy was founded by Dr Cara Dobbertin. Dr Cara Dobbertin is a geriatric specialist at Foundation Physical Therapy. Dr Dobbertin has spent most of her career working in geriatric rehabilitation in both home health settings and in skilled nursing facilities. She is highly passionate when it comes to working with the geriatric population and is currently in the process of becoming board certified in Geriatric Physical Therapy. We provide rehabilitation services to adults with traumatic brain injury as well as other neurological challenges including those resulting from anoxia, stroke, aneurysm, encephalopathy, brain tumor and seizure disorder. In addition, we offer specialized rehabilitation services and supports designed to meet the unique needs of Parkinson's patients. Foundation Physical Therapy works closely with the Movement & Neuroperfrmance Center of Colorado.
