Worst PM company I have ever dealt with in over 15 yrs in the industry. These folks, including the owner, are nice to your face but then do everything they can to steal you clients deposit money....

These guys will ream you for every dollar you have. BEWARE! DO NOT RENT FROM FORTUNATO PROPERTIES. I paid my rent on time every single month and they still took a huge chunk out of my security...
