With over 40 years of combined experience working in acclaimed restaurants in Chicago, New Orleans, Nantucket, Napa Valley, Spain and France, as well as Larkspur Restaurant, the Lodge at Vail, and Avondale here in the Vail Valley you can feel confident that we hold ourselves to the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.It is our intent to create and execute custom meals and gatherings, and to share our love of ingredients, while paying attention to the details that make meals special. We understand how difficult it can be to fit healthy, creative, hand crafted meals into a hectic day, especially when you are traveling or entertaining friends and family. Our personal chef services allow you to spend quality time with the people you care about while dining in your own home.
