Came here through ClassPass and it was super fun! I workout on a regular basis and that's usually.. running, biking, spin classes, yoga, and weights- but it's nice to do something different...

This place is a must-try if you have any interest in kickboxing at all! I had zero prior experience in kickboxing before I walked in to my first Beginner class at Fly, and I'm now a regular....
