Formed in 1977, Lillard & Clark Construction Inc. specializes in construction of water and waste water treatment plants, pump stations, storage tanks and piping and delivery structures. Based in Denver, Colo., the firm has undertaken many civil engineering projects, including construction of batch plants, manufacturing facilities, drainage projects, large diameter piping and deep excavations. The organization has constructed projects using several delivery methods, including design/build, hard bid and others. It serves government agencies, municipalities and design engineering firms.

Hensel Phelps employs more than 1,000 supervisory personnel and more than 1,600 craftspeople nationwide.
