Why is it exactly that the people here cannot answer the phone? I've tried 3x....fraud has tried, online banking has tried and they just dont answer Horrible

I do not bank with this bank. But one of my clients gave me a personal check from here. I cashed the check, here and was giving a fake $100 bill. I left and deposited the cash into my bank's ATM....

Very rude staff. Before being even greeted the attendant loudly exclaims, "I'm not even touching that money!" I had done several business transactions that left me with roughly eight dollars...
