Don't let the hometown look fool you. They actually refused to make change for me today. All I asked for was some smaller bills. Nope. They said they might "run out of cash." Pathetic. They're a BANK.

The 95th and Arapahoe Great Western Bank has great customer service and free accounts. Staff is helpful and go above and beyond. Great experience. Would recommend.

This bank is not interested in customers...just profits. I am unemployed and a scheduled payment came through my account and they paid 20 overdraft. I was charged 35 fee and then 12 dollars a day...
