Tyler Otto joined First Command Financial Services as a Financial Advisor in August 2014. Previously, he worked for ten years with military and government clientele to provide solutions and support advanced applications for geospatial information technology, satellite imagery, and communications systems technologies. A graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics, Tyler holds Series 6 and 65 securities licenses plus state life and health insurance licenses. Understanding that the single most powerful contributor to financial well-being is behavior, Tyler works closely with his clients to develop personalized financial plans that reflect their values, address their priorities and support their goals. Each plan includes recommendations for specific financial products and services to support those goals. And through ongoing planning to address changes in one's financial and personal circumstances, Tyler is ready to assist clients as they pursue their goals through a lifetime financial journey. As a second generation Financial Advisor, Tyler is following in the footsteps of his father, Rick. In his spare time, he enjoys skiing, boxing, SCUBA diving, camping, and white water rafting.
