Great place to grab a sub. Mmm mmmm mmm. Get the hook & ladder fully involved. Complaints are mostly impatient housewives who can't wait 5-10 for a sub.

I ordered a med hook and ladder. The first 2 " was just dressing and lettuce, the last 2" was tomato and bread. They weren't busy. Very disappointed.

Hook n Ladder is the best sub on the planet. Love that they also donate to a good cause also.

None of the 4 people working at this store on 2/21/25 at 3:00pm said "Welcome to Firehouse". They barely even looked up. When we mentioned it to them, they stared at us with a deer in headlights...
