Everything could improve! I waited 45 minutes and I went to see about my car. It was still sitting at the entrance! I complained and a guy said it takes an hour, didn't they tell you?! Apparently...

Was once my go to car wash, despite living 20 minutes away. Now, an exterior wash and interior clean will take 50 minutes, and no, they won't tell you ahead of time. Not sure if it's a staffing...

I paid $20 for nothing, my interior is still dirty, they didn't even vacuum the back seats, the dust is still on the dashboard. I will never go back there again.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This is the worst detail wash I have ever been to. I went in to ask about carpet cleaning and showed them some coffee stains that I had on my carpets. Talk to...
