Etai's Bakery Cafe at CU Boulder (Biotech Building - East Campus) offers a fresh alternative to mass-produced fast food. We believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice good food for quick convenience. So at Etai's we serve breakfast and lunch all day, as well as freshly-made soups, leafy green salads, and hot sandwiches. Delivery and online ordering are both available for your convenience. Our on-site barista and full-service juice bar brews up steaming cups of coffee, lattes, cappuccinos and espresso and mocktails all day. They have messed up my order three times. The most recent time, I ordered a sandwich and received a salad. Sorry Etai's, three strikes and you're out.

This place has awesome sandwiches. I got the chicken basil and bacon and the potato salad and both were excellent. Only downside is it is a bit expensive. About $10 a meal if you don't get a drink.
