Dr. Tierney is committed to providing patient-centered, collaborative care. He also specializes in minimally invasive robotic surgery and complex therapeutic endoscopy. Robotic surgery is a minimally invasive approach to treatment of surgical diseases using small incisions to perform a wide breadth of surgical procedures. This results in improved outcomes such as fewer complications, short hospital stay, and improved cosmesis. Therapeutic endoscopy and ERCP are techniques for the treatment of certain upper gastrointestinal problems with a flexible endoscopy through a natural orifice of the body.
