We had them for 3 years and others I know for even longer. The entire time we have been plagued with poor/rude customer service and pitiful response times. The alarm company is very inflexible...

I've been with this company several years and their service keeps getting worse. I am no longer notified when there is an intrusion and my calls are not returned. I would stay away from this company.
