The manager is super-arrogant and absolutely NOT customer focused. I will NEVER visit this branch again. Go to another branch like the one on Harmony Rd. Super-helpful people!

Nine customers, one teller and a banker... I have been waiting for ten minutes and there are still three people ahead of me. Not good management decision to be short staffed on a Saturday.
