History
Daniel and Lynita Rogers started Elevation Hospice Care with the goal of providing the highest level of palliative care to people in Utah and Colorado. By keeping administrative costs low, we are able to give elevated levels of service to our clients. We are growing quickly with our highest standard of care available in the hospice industry.
Specialties
We provide in home health care specializing in 6 day a week of Aide visits to help caregivers get a needed break. Our compassionate nurses visit on average 1 to 2 times a week. We bring medical equipment, supplies and medication. Most client's receive hospice care 100% paid for through Medicare.
