Brooklyn was awesome help when my card decided to malfunction! She generously gave me the bagels for free when she didn't have to do that. Stellar customer service! 10/10 would recommend!!

I'd give it a zero.. you Ask for a toasted bagel and get a non-toasted bagel. Ask for a non toasted bagel and you get a toasted bagel. I feel like these people just try to mess up your order as a joke

Unfortunately, very very slow service. There is no reason to be standing waiting for one bagel for over 10 minutes. Others in the establishment were having to do this same thing.

Bagel is delicious. Very impressed with the young man preparing my sandwich. Very personable and professional. Management, I felt commitment from him.
