EFX Spaces

History

I am a Colorado Native, growing up just a few miles from EFX. I have a son son Charlie, will soon be married to my love Nicole, and an avid amateur fly fisherman. I recently sold my 25 year IT services business, and began a remodeling project of my building; completing Phase 1 of a 2 phase build out - named EFX Spaces. My real estate experience also spans into short term residential rentals in Scottsdale, AZ and I am applying my same 5-star vacation rentals to EFX. I have focused Phase 1 on creating larger private offices for professionals combined with shared spaces for interaction.
