Poorly maintained. Rough was so thick you had to be right on top of your ball to see it. Some sand traps were unplayable and some tee boxes were difficult to find. Cart paths were very rough.

Yep, it's a dump. Spend your money elsewhere. Not sure why the city of Broomfield lets this continue as-is? Kinda dangerous and neglected. Saw a golf cart fall into a waterway. Dead trees...
