We started, technically, in September 1999, as the freelance efforts for Mark Boswell, the creative director and owner of Helium. Then, the official and sole business was launched in January 2000, and has been running successfully since.

Their customer service, communication, and complaint resolution abilities are horrible. We hired them to make a website in 1/14 and had to fire them in 8/14 when they still had not completed the...
