As far as DMVs go, this one isn't so bad! I stopped by on a weekday around noon to complete an information change that I was unable to process online. There were about 15 people in line outside....

They make you stand in line then take a number just to pick up your handicap placard! If a person could stand around for 45 minutes like we had to do today, we wouldn't need the damn placard....
