History

The Academy was founded and incorporated September 1st, 1975 by Kenneth Avery, CSR,RPR. In April of 2006, the Academy became part of the Stenograph family of Schools.

Specialties

The Denver Academy of Court Reporting is a court reporting school recognized and certified by the National Court Reporters Association and Accredited byt the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools. We train our students to develop voice-to-text skills utilizing state of the art technologry and prepare them for jobs in the legal field, captioning field, and to assit the deaf and hearing impaired community.
