Very good, quick, road trip lunch. This is a food truck in a motel lot with one picnic table, but totally worth the stop if you don't want fast food! Yum!

Found this little gem heading through town to ft Collins. Definitely worth the stop. Excellent food! It's a mom and her son running the service. Very sweet family. Food was quick but delicious....
