History

While working as a Home Health Aid, I had to find someone to help with my pets. This became a very stressful process for everyone involved. Friends and family tried to help out, but they have their lives to live too. During this time, I found out about professional pet sitters. After going through this process myself, I started offering my services to my clients. As a pet owner, I believe that pets are happier staying in their own environment. I have owned many different types of animals throughout my life. I have taking care of dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, and other pets for friends and family. I understand that your pets are part of your family and need to be treated as such. Your pets will be taken care of by a pet sitter that is Insured and Bonded. Family owned and operated!

Specialties

Darlene's Pet Sitting Services will take care of your pets and home for you while you are away on a trip. I will come to your home and take excellent care of your pets including: proper feeding per your instructions, medications, walking, playing, and providing TLC. I will also act as home security for your home by taking in your mail/newspaper, alternating lights/curtains, taking out the trash, and watering plants. I do overnight stays from about 7pm to 7am. Other services include dog walking and vacation visits.
